For close to twenty years, I’ve been in rooms teaching movement, guiding rhythms, and helping others return to themselves through the body. Along the way, I felt something shift. The deeper reasons seem to fade and the sacred weight of the work began to thin.
So I wrote this book. Not to explain how to teach, but to honour why we still do.
42 letters and a Reverence. Each one is a call back to presence. A reminder that your voice matters, your craft has meaning, and that your nervous system can very much lead and guide others to that state of Flow.
This is for the teachers, artists, and lovers who are still in it.
