More About Me
I’ve spent nearly two decades guiding people through movement, meaning, and moments of no turning back.
It began with the body: teaching yoga, leading teacher trainings, and developing the Space & Flow method: a movement practice rooted in sensuality, rhythm, and grounded presence.
For years, I taught sequences and forms but what I cared about was the story beneath the movements and the habits behind the approach. That deeper curiosity is what changed everything.
Over time, my work shifted. From leading bodies to holding space for truth, transition, and creative clarity. I started asking better questions. And I began developing mentoring frameworks that honour the nervous system, language, identity, and the silence in between.
Now, I’m training as a hypno-psychotherapist, and I work with people standing at the edge of shift. Not because everything is broken, but because staying the same would cost too much.

Outside of Coaching
I write. I create clarity frameworks. I design self-inquiry journals and produce immersive audio work that helps people meet themselves at the edge of a decision.
Everything I make exists to move people forward, not faster, but truer.
If you’re in a moment of “I can’t stay here anymore,” whether you're preparing to leave or daring to recommit... this is the kind of space where you’ll find your next step.
Not through pressure. Through clarity. And a willingness to meet yourself fully.
What’s Coming
In July 2025, I’ll be publishing The Flow Manifesto, a book of letters written for
teachers, artists, and guides who still believe presence matters more than performance. It’s part devotion, part challenge, and entirely grounded in lived experience.
Alongside the book, I’m launching The Flow Manifesto (Private Podcast). A short-form audio series bringing voice, breath, and rhythm to its most vital teachings.
Both are invitations to return to what real teaching demands:
Clarity. Depth. And the courage to lead from your nervous system, not your persona.
