More About Me

I have spent the past two decades exploring how people move, think, and change.

My work lives at the meeting point of psychology, embodiment, true presence, and creative leadership.
It began with the body, teaching movement, creating the Space & Flow method, and guiding teachers to move with rhythm, sensuality, and grounded awareness.
But the deeper thread was never about form. It was about what moves us and how the body reveals what the mind hides.

Over time, my focus shifted from perfecting movement to understanding transformation.
From teaching sequences to facilitating coherence between body, language, and identity.
Today, my work is guided by one question: What becomes possible when the body and the mind tell the same truth?

I now train as a hypno-psychotherapist and work with individuals and groups navigating transition, renewal, and creative redefinition.
Not because something is broken, but because staying the same would cost too much.
I help people regulate, realign, and rebuild the link between awareness and action so their choices reflect who they truly are.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a lecturer and mentor within Special Educational Needs education, as well as in music and drama. These roles continue to shape the way I understand learning, attention, and authentic expression.

Creative Work

I write, design, and produce projects that help people make contact with themselves.
My published work includes The Flow Manifesto, now available digitally, a book of letters that speaks to teachers, artists, and leaders who believe that presence matters more than performance.
I also create self-inquiry journals, immersive audio reflections, and clarity frameworks that support people in moments of transition and renewal.

Everything I create exists to move people forward, not faster, but truer.

If you find yourself at a threshold, unsure whether to leave, stay, or begin again, this is the kind of space that helps you hear what the next step is asking for.
Not through pressure, but through clarity and through the honesty of presence.

What’s Coming

The Presence Begins Beneath the Skin programmes expand my work into new formats of embodied learning and leadership.
They include small-group experiences, one-to-one coaching, and tailored sessions for organisations seeking to build coherence, trust, and creative integrity within their teams.

Each offering invites participants to re-enter the body as a source of intelligence and to act from alignment rather than performance.
