In The Skin Of A Man is a grounded space for men who are ready to stop overriding their own signals and come back to a life that feels lived from the inside rather than managed from the outside.
This work is not about becoming someone else, but is about returning to the man you have drifted away from.
It is not group therapy and does not require any specific previous experience. What will be shared is the disciplined practice of coming back to your body, your senses and your voice so your presence come from a place of truth and integrity.

Why This Circle Exists

Most of us men are taught to keep going regardless of what we feel. Our task is to stay capable, steady and self-contained. We solve what is in front of us without acknowledging the cost, and for a while this works. Until it doesn’t. Until the inner split becomes impossible to ignore.

Disconnection is not always dramatic. Sometimes it feels like clarity fading. The body tightening for no clear reason. Success that does not land. A life you can navigate but no longer fully recognise. You function, but something essential is missing from the experience.

Presence comes from sensuality.

It is the ability to stay in contact with yourself while you engage with the world. When a man loses that contact, his decisions, his relationships and his direction all begin to drift slightly off-centre.

Sensuality is integrity.

This circle exists to bring you back to the centre you have been overriding for years.


This Is For Men who:
  • sense they have been living slightly outside themselves

  • are tired of performing stability instead of feeling it

  • want clarity that comes from embodiment rather than thinking

  • want to show up without tightening or disappearing

  • want to lead from coherence rather than urgency

  • want to rebuild trust with their own perception

  • want to live from their centre, not from expectation

You do not need to be experienced in embodiment work.
You only need to be willing to sense, feel, and be moved.


What You Will Explore

The work is simple, but not necessarily easy. It is fully embodied.
Over six weeks, you will learn to feel what is real before you try to manage it.
You will rebuild the link between sensation, voice and action so your life begins to move in one clear direction instead of pulling you into contradictory ones.

You will refine your ability to sense with accuracy, regulate your nervous system when pressure rises, steady your presence in relationship and speak from a centre that does not collapse under tension.

This is not about emotional display. It is about contact and a way of being that your body and your life can trust.

How the Circle Works

Every two-hour session follows a structure that keeps the work grounded, precise and embodied.

1. Somatic grounding

Short, accessible cues that reconnect you to your breath, weight and sensory intelligence.

2. Teaching and guided inquiry

Psychological and nervous-system frameworks that show you how disconnection happens and how to return.

3. Embodiment and dialogue practice

Partner work and structured dialogues that train expression, pace, presence and clarity in real time.

4. Integration and reflection

Simple practices and inquiries that stabilise the shift between sessions.

Week 1 — Feel Before You Talk

A return to sensation as the first layer of truth.
Contact before interpretation.

Week 2 — Speak the Truth Before You Act

Understanding the difference between expression and performance.
Honesty before behaviour.

Week 3 — Set Your Own Pace

Nervous-system leadership.
Choosing coherence in the face of pressure.

Week 4 — Bring All of You

Presence that can be felt.
Reclaiming your weight, your attention and your voice.

Week 5 — Put Your Mask On First

Rebuilding internal loyalty.
Boundaries, self-resourcing and embodied stability.

Week 6 — Be Desirable

Distinguishing aligned desire from reactive desire.
Becoming the man your body respects.
