This workshop will be about the basic (and more advanced) physical and verbal vocabulary of the floorwork component of the SPACE & FLOW method.

We will travel through and work with both "basic" phrases and more advanced transitions which will provide us with a spring board towards the topics of SEQUENCING, of CREATIVITY and EXPRESSION, and of the EXPANSION of a mat-based Vinyasa Flow practice.

For teachers, this time together will also help you assess your own sequences using tried and tested parameters and allow you to add a few important details to your cueing and explanations of movements.

LEVEL: Open to all willing to get lost in space, to mess it up and to try again... with a smile on their face!

TOOLS: KNEE PADS recommended. The practice will be done without a mat, no need to bring one.

VIDEO RECORDING: The entire workshop will be recorded and made available to all participants for the entire month of May 2023 via the S&F website.
